Toronto ND offering evidence-based, root-cause care for complex Health concerns
The first step to Improved health
If you’ve noticed changes in your energy, digestion, mood, or hormones — even when routine tests appear normal — it’s worth paying attention.
Many people seek care after trying to do everything “right” but still feeling stuck. Gradual shifts in hormones, metabolism, digestion, and nervous system regulation don’t always show up clearly on standard lab work. That doesn’t make your experience any less real — it simply means a more nuanced approach is needed.
I take a comprehensive, evidence-informed approach to identify underlying patterns and develop a personalized plan to restore function and support long-term well-being.
What I Treat
I frequently work with adults experiencing:
Persistent fatigue & low energy
Hormonal health (PMS, PCOS, irregular cycles, painful periods), cardiometabolic health and thyroid dysfunction
Digestive concerns (bloating, IBS, food sensitivities)
Stress, sleep & nervous system dysregulation
Autoimmune disease & chronic complex health concerns
Ongoing or unexplained symptoms that haven’t responded to standard care
Naturopathic Services
Initial Naturopathic Consultation
Initial appointments last 60-90 minutes and are required for all new patients. During this visit, a comprehensive health assessment is conducted while reviewing your primary concerns and health goals. You will leave your first appointment with a personalized treatment plan.
Follow Up appointment
Follow-up appointments are used to monitor progress, address new or ongoing concerns, and continue to refine your treatment plan as needed. Each visit builds upon your initial plan to support your current and long-term health goals.
Discovery Call
A complimentary introductory appointment designed to discuss your health concerns and goals, and to learn more about how I can support you on your wellness journey. No treatment recommendations will be provided.
